Description
Carbide planer blades are made from ultra-hard tungsten carbide alloy, with hardness reaching above HRA90. Compared to traditional HSS blades, they offer 5 to 80 times longer service life, making them especially suitable for high-intensity processing environments. They can easily cut hardwood, composite boards, and even knotty wood. These blades are widely used in four-side planers, thickness planers, and CNC woodworking centers, making them an ideal choice for furniture manufacturing, solid wood flooring processing, and decorative moulding production. With regular maintenance, they maintain stable cutting performance and significantly reduce machine downtime and consumable replacement costs.
